Applications Closed for 2022
Dear Clergywomen,
It is our pleasure to invite you to apply for the Leading Women conference of 2022. Leading Women is a learning community that supports clergywomen in ministry discernment and formation in England, Canada and the United States.
The mission of the 2022 Leading Women gathering is:
Ordained women from across The Episcopal Church will discern and hone their leadership skills, engaging formation for executive level vocations in both traditional and emerging roles in the church and wider world. Grounded in the life, love and liberation of Jesus Christ, we will work together as Beloved Community.
We welcome you into prayer and discernment about your participation in this gathering as you consider next steps on your ministry path. We have designed an application primarily seeking details about your experience to help in discerning if this conference is a good fit.
We pray the conference will support the leadership development of women who will be leaders in a revitalizing church that is both post-pandemic and post-colonial. We seek a wide diversity of women who will bring their whole selves to formation in community, open to exploring the personal and communal intersections of their race, sex, gender and vocation.
The application deadline is August 10th (including letters of support). We hope to see you at the Roslyn Center in Richmond, VA November 8-11, 2022.
