When is Leading Women 2022?

November 8-11, 2022.  [We encourage you to vote early/absentee!]

Where will Leading Women 2022 be held?

Roslyn Retreat Center in Richmond, VA.

Participants will be responsible for travel to and from the center, arriving by 2:30 on Tuesday, November 8th and staying through noon on Friday, November 11th.

How much does Leading Women Cost?

Through generous underwriting by Trinity Wall Street, the Diocese of Georgia, the Diocese of Pennsylvania, and Leading Women Alumni, the participant tuition for this conference is $150.  (Limited full tuition scholarships available.)

Caregiver Scholarships of up to $300 are available for clergy who will incur extra caregiving expenses in order to attend this conference.

What Sort of COVID Protocols Will You Have in Place?

We ask that all participants be vaccinated and test the day before or day of arrival to Leading Women.  We will have tests available during the event.  Participants will be in single rooms unless they request a roommate.  Masks will be welcome at any/all times.

Who should apply to Leading Women 2022?

We expect about 50 Participants for Leading Women 2022, with a goal of half of the participants being racially, ethnically, or gender/orientation diverse.

The “ideal candidate” for Leading Women will have more than 5 years of ordained ministry experience, and be more than 10 years from retirement, in full-time or bi-vocational ministries.  She will have leadership and executive skills (very broadly defined) and be interested in learning and leading in our current and future church reality.

Are Nonbinary, Queer and Gender-Nonconforming people welcome?

Yes. Any and all clergy who identify as women or nonbinary are invited and encouraged to apply.
